I already have a logo - do I still pay the same price?
Yes. The investment reflects the full scope of my time, strategy and expertise - not just individual deliverables. If you have existing branding, we’ll use that time to go deeper on other areas of your site. You don’t pay less because there’s less to build; there’s never less to build.
What platform do you design websites on?
I primarily design websites on Squarespace because it’s user-friendly, secure, and easy for therapists and service-based businesses to manage after launch. However, I also work with Wix and Wordpress on a regular basis. If you need help choosing the right platform for your business, I’ll guide you during our strategy phase.
What if I need more pages or extras after we launch?
That’s exactly what VIP Design Days are for! I offer these intensives to tackle add-ons, updates, or anything beyond the original scope. Scope creep is not a personality trait I encourage here *wink-wink
Will my website be SEO-friendly?
Yes! Your website will be built with SEO best practices in mind, including clean structure, mobile responsiveness, optimized headings, and guidance on keywords. This creates a strong foundation so your site can be found by the right clients over time. In my higher end packages I also include keyword research for your niche and I can help you setup a blog and pillar pages for advanced SEO.
What if I already have a website?
That’s perfect! I specialize in working with trauma-informed practitioners and heart-centered service providers who have outgrown their current website. If you already have a website but it no longer reflects your work or brings in clients, a custom redesign can help realign your message, improve clarity, and create a stronger client experience. Many clients come to me during a growth or transition phase or if their original website never felt fully authentic in the first place.
Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes! After your website launches, I provide VIP Days or Website Strategy Sessions for anything that comes up along the way! If you need ongoing maintenance or admin support I can recommend a VA that can handle those things for you on an ongoing basis.
