How it works…
Step 1 - Let’s Connect!
Fill out my consultation form so I have an idea of what you are looking for. From there I will reach out to you to schedule your free consult. This is a super chill conversation so we can both learn more about each other and see if we are a good fit. If we both agree that we are I will go over pricing details with you and then send you a confirmation email and contract with the details of your project, pricing and an invoice for your deposit.
Step 2 - Prep Work
This is the fun part! I will ask you to send me any assets you have such as images you want used, copy, etc. Of course, if you don’t have these things I can help you out with everything from your logo, gathering stock images that fit your vibe and copywriting. Once we have these details I begin working on your brand and send you over samples so you can choose what you like best.
Step 3 - Build and Design
This is where I build out your design based on your chosen brand. Once I have a draft of all pages I send you an email to have you look over everything and send me any changes you want to design and/or layout. Then I tweak everything based on your changes (and anything I wanted to add or change for the final version). I add SEO and make sure it looks good on mobile and is user-friendly. I invoice you for the remainder of your amount owed and BOOM! your website is LIVE!

How long does a custom website design take?
Most custom website design projects take an average of 6–8 weeks from start to launch. This timeline allows space for strategy, intuitive alignment, thoughtful design, and refinement. However, this greatly depends on how many revisions we do to each page and if it’s a redesign how large your website is.
What platform do you design websites on?
I primarily design websites on Squarespace because it’s user-friendly, secure, and easy for therapists and coaches to manage after launch. However, I also work with Wix and Wordpress on a regular basis. If you need help choosing the right platform for your business, I’ll guide you during our strategy phase.
Do you help with website copy and messaging?
Yes! While I don’t offer full copywriting as a standalone service, I do offer it as part of my custom design packages so that I can strategically guide your website messaging. This way it’s clear, client-focused, and aligned with your work. This includes page structure, prompts, and refinement so your message builds trust and encourages inquiries.
Yes! Your website will be built with SEO best practices in mind, including clean structure, mobile responsiveness, optimized headings, and guidance on keywords. This creates a strong foundation so your site can be found by the right clients over time. In my higher end packages I also include keyword research for your niche and I can help you setup a blog and pillar pages for advanced SEO.

Do you only work with therapists and coaches?

This is the field I have worked in the most and I am most familiar with the range of audiences, ethics and best web design practices in the field of wellness.
