5 Good Reasons WHY you need a website
AND how a website can help you reach more people who NEED your services…
Usually the main reason my clients want to drag their feet having a website created (or even creating one for themselves) is COST. Especially when it comes to hiring a designer there’s this stigma that websites have to be super expensive, but that is simply NOT the case. You can have a gorgeous website created on a shoestring budget I promise! My pricing is super affordable and even if you wanted to try and do it yourself you can grab a domain and hosting (on Wix or Squarespace) for about $100/YEAR!
BUT why would you actually WANT a website, why do you NEED one?
Well simply put there are tons of potential clients out there right now on Google searching for the services YOU offer. If you don’t have a website how do you expect them to find you? Sure they may be able to find you on Instagram (mayyybee…) but does that tell them everything about you and what you offer? Does that convince them that they can trust you? Does that showcase the services you offer and the cost for those services? Does that give them your full bio and a peek inside exactly what you do? No it really doesn’t. And that's what a website is for. It makes it easy, it houses everything in one place so they can learn what they need to about you with a few clicks.
So here are my 5 Good Reasons WHY you need a website: (in bullet format)
1. Your website is a sacred space for your message. It encompasses your brand, your energy and all that you can offer your clients
2. Your website gives your potential clients the opportunity to get to know you. This builds trust, this creates an initial connection.
3. A website gives you credibility and creates trust with potential clients. I’m repeating myself here but seriously this is the most important part, if a potential client doesn’t feel a sense of comfort and safety BEFORE they schedule a consult with you, they are NEVER going to schedule that consult, period.
4. A website opens doors to potentially WAYYY more clients! Thanks to Google - if you have a website LOADS of potential clients can find you easier and quicker than they can on social media.
